We, Pearl Sea tower confirm Testing Method Standard of Seafood

Processing of testing, including:

1.   Before coming factory, we need to take more details for connecting:

-          Phone number, name and address of stock goods.

2.   After taking schedule of goods loading, we will arrange to test goods for 3 times:

-          After packing design is completed (for 4 days from confirming date), I must to factory and you to find mistake if have, avoiding risk when goods is arrival.

-           After goods is completed 50%, we will come in factory to test random one more time and static all lots which factory pack, and guarantee that they are processing as schedule.

-          After goods is 80%-up quantity, we will test last container, including:

+ Smell of meat, salt content, treated (We will check carefully because this matter concern quality of goods when we cook), especially with product will be exported in restaurant or keep in freeze environment a long time, treating so much chemical make goods will be broken glazing, lost water so much lead to short weight.

+ Packing: is it broken, wrong size, wrong color and information in carton and bag

+ Size of goods: Weight, size, right net weight or not

+ Sticker is ok or not

+ Quality of meat: cooking, survey around by eye and checking bone if have.

3.       About payment: We will receive after arrival factory.

4.       Cost per container:.

5.       About all costs of transit and rent hotel, will be paid separately by renter.

P/s: please send me schedule of goods loading on details, phone number, we will arrange to work with factory to be careful.

On the other hand, I attach a letter of confirmation about Representative Person before come in factory, by this way,I can introduce with them. Please survey and add address, company name before signing to help us.
